Well, personally I'd rather go for jumping out of a plane, but falling off a tower isn't half bad, either.
This is one of the things I have a vested interest in Charbs - photo evidence of completion please! :)

630ft!! That is huge!!!!!
I've bungeed before and also skydived.
Bungee scared the shit out of me (luckily not literally!). Extreme adrenaline high though.
